Mary Notaris began this practice in 1991 because she wanted to satisfy the need for quality representation for clients in unique and diverse situations. Her mission is to advance the goals of her clients honestly and professionally. A frustrated teacher, Mary strives to demystify the legal process to her clients, and works to educate her clients for preventive purposes, as well as to understand their current situation. She works in a casual and productive atmosphere and gears her employees to work with the same goals in mind. She is active in the community and believes in a solid work ethic and need for people to look each other in the eye at the close of the case.

Mary is a 1991 graduate of Franklin
Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
She has also been admitted to practice in Federal Courts and Bankruptcy
Courts for all three states. Mary
first started this practice in 1991 in Cambridge, MA.
In 1994, she moved the practice to Salem, New Hampshire when her twins
were born. She continues to
practice law, with an eye towards satisfying the need for quality representation
of clients in their various and diverse situations.
Jennifer R. Jones, Associate Attorney:
Jennifer is a 1995 admittee to the New Hampshire Bar Association, having graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in May of 1995. Jennifer has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer concentrates her practice in the litigation of criminal defense of felonies, misdemeanors and violations in both state and federal court, bankruptcy, and family law/divorce matters.
