The Liberti Law Firm, LLC represents clients in need of

preservation and transfer. Vincent A. Liberti Jr.
founded the firm in 1993. Attorney Liberti is
licensed to practice law in the State of
Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the
State of New York and the U.S. District Court for
the District of Connecticut. He is an attorney with
significant experience in residential and commercial
real estate, including IRC §1031 tax deferred
exchanges, wills, trusts and estates, business and
elder planning, and probate administration. He
lectures throughout Connecticut on real estate and
estate planning issues. He is Co-originator and
presenter of the seminars: The Next Step
specifically designed for individuals divorced,
widowed or in a second marriage; The Domestic
Partner Class for people in partnership
relationships; and Don’t Die with your Assets
regarding Medicaid planning. Before practicing law,
he received his real estate license and was employed
as a mortgage consultant. He also was a candidate
for Judge of Probate for the City of West Haven in
1994.
Attorney Liberti earned a Bachelor of Science in
Industrial Economics from Union College in 1988 and
was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from
Western New England College School of Law. He also
attended classes at the University of Bath, in
England. He will receive a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in
estate planning and elder law from Western New
England College School of Law in 2007. He is a
member of the Connecticut Bar Association (Estates
and Probate Section) and the New Haven County Bar
Association (Trust, Estates and Probate Committee,
Director, 2005-2006).
